The most amazing views from Zhangjiajie mountain top.

I already showed you the amazing heavens gate mountain before with the long pathway up the mountains. It looks very much like a real stairway to heaven. Even though the steps are artificial, the mountain formation is all natural!

Today, I will be sharing my adventure to the top of one of the taller mountains. From there, you can see the stunning views of the Zhangjiajie mountainous region. Many people say that these are the most beautiful mountain ranges in all of China, with all the tall tower like mountain formations poking out amongst the larger mounds. It honestly looks like something from Avatar.

You'll also find the longest cable cars in the world here. They are used to help people climb parts of the journey, as well as come back down. Without this, it would be nearly impossible unless you were a professional climber.

It doesn't matter whether you look at the mountain towers from the top down, or bottom up, they are just as equally impressive. It's actually a result of land reformation and natural weathering from the lower layers being softer than the top. Eventually, they will become more and more like mushrooms

My friends and I decided to take the hiking trail together, it was quite a physical challenge but as you can see from the pictures, it was worth every bit of effort!
