Vancouver and Shannon Falls day 1

After a 10 hour flight from Amsterdam to Vancouver, we went straight to the city. We were there for only 2 days, but wow what an amazing nature. The city is really nice and the people are very friendly and relaxed. Downtown Vancouver reminds me a little bit of New York (but a lot smaller ofcourse:p) with the tall buildings, nice restaurants and the expensive department stores.

We strolled through Granville Street (downtown Vancouver) and then we went for some food&drinks in a very good restaurant (can't remember the name, stupid me:p).

The second day we went to Whistler, but we stopped a few times just to enjoy the view and then the following happened.......

I was so excited!!! Wowwwwwwww I didn't know there was a waterfall that is named after me :) so nice! Ofcourse we had to take a look at that, so we went there and it was a beautiful sunny day so it was perfect.
