Door to hell (Turkemenistan)

Darwaza Gas crater or also known as door to hell is one of the most famous tourist spots in turkemenistan,
it was basically created by geologist as a gas pipe line was leaked in the desert of turkmenistan and to avoid the spread of methane gas they set it to fire,

it is burning continuously from 1971, the diameter of the crater is 69 meters . according to a survey, 50,0000 tourists had visited this crater since 2010. The crater is surrounded by wild desert comping zone.

one cannot even get closer to it when it is burning in full power, it produces too much heat energy that it is almost impossible to stand next to it. it can cause you skin disease or skin burnt infection.
