Incredible journey! Seems like it was a great time for bonding, and that snow looks magnificent. Glad that you finished the hike well - I look forward to reading more of your posts in the future. :)
On this trip has not yet ended. The next day we climbed back on the ridge and there was weather even worse ... :-)
