Lindos one of my favourite cities of Rhodes

Roman from Scios here with some information about my last vacation.
One of our beautiful seven days we made a trip to the city of Lindos.
A wonderful city on the foot of a mountain with an ancient acropolis on the top.

If you walk up the stairs you can see an old temple for the worship of Athena, the greek goddess of wisdom and war.
Peronally, for me it was overwhelming to see and even walk through parts of these ancient buildings.

Even if the admission fee wasn´t that cheap with 12 euros, you were able to see many interesting things and with the signs and pictures you could literally imagine how it was there in the ancient times. It was also very interesting for me to see parts of old greek buildings because I am a huge admirer of the Percy Jackson books of Rick Riordan which are about greek mythology.

Another huge bonus was the wonderful view from the top of the mountain where you can see a heart shaped part of the sea formed by the rocks and the rest of the sea in the background.

Tomorrow I will upload another bunch of beautiful photos of another favourite place of mine, the city of Rhodes.
