RE: I love this picture! Queenstown, New Zealand - the time of my life!
Hi @sunsethunter! This is such a beautiful photo, so golden, really giving a feel of what the moment must have felt like. Almost like sitting at your side. I have never experienced New Zealand but it looks truly stunning from photos I have seen and travel documentaries on the place. I know exactly what you mean by about soaking up and appreciating every moment. I was just the same the first time I came to Costa Rica, it was just for a three week holiday. Not only did I cherish every single moment but I was actually tearful at the moment of being pulled away back to Europe. Not many places have made me feel that way, and as guess that’s why I came back as soon as I could to stay for a more extended period.
I wish you luck in your trip to China and although the lead up to leaving has been hectic, you will once arrived and settled hopefully be able to relax and enjoy your new environment and new sunsets 🌅 I shall be looking forward to photos of the surrounding countryside. Much of China outside of overpopulated cities does appear to be very beautiful and peaceful.
I hope you study breathing techniques to quieten your mind though through these busy periods. They are super effective and healing and very necessary while running around arranging work trips. Have a beautiful day. 🦋🌴💛🌈🍀
Hey! Thank you so much for the beautiful and thoughtful comment :) I love it! New Zealand really is a special place and it holds such a warm place in my heart, it always will. I spent so much time alone, but in a good way to just reflect on the right now and enjoy, appreciate and cherish every second. We are so lucky! Nothing beats nature:) but nature when you can feel the presence and become immersed into it, kind of feeling one with your surroundings.
You’re right, much outside of China really is amazing and beautiful. The built up city’s use so much electricity for the lights etc it’s a bit crazy. I will study breathing techniques as recently I’ve actually been getting a bit worked up and out of breath, I’m not sure why, but I am very busy and have a huge task ahead of me. I don’t like to ever be stressed or admit I am stressed as I managed to eliminate that from my life, but I am right now and it’s not the best feeling. I just have so much ahead of me... anything is possible though. I will learn from everything:) I hope you’re having a great morning, evening or night :) enjoy everything x 🌅🌍🍉🌊🏝
