🌍 Steemit World Map Challenge #15 🌍
Greetings travelers!
Welcome to the 15th week of the #swmchallenge where we travel around the globe and try to bring up to light the most unique and special places or events worth putting on the bucket list. Each week is filled with entries full of captivating scenary, stunning images and great stories, basically travel blogs worth checking out. So If you like to travel #swmchallenge is the place to go.
I'm sad to announce
That the downtrends and decrease in the price difference SBD had over Steem caused a big increase in prices for delegating SP that I just can't keep up with it. It's so expensive that I can't afford it any more so I decided to stop leasing until times get better or I manage to find a better offer than what blocktrades currently offers. Meaning that my upvotes are going to be worth much less than before and it would take a lot of voting power to upvote all of your entries.
To compensate
From now on there will always be four honorable mentions rewarded with 1 SBD and the winners reward is increased by 1 SBD for each place bringing the total weekly prize pool to 13 SBD.
For those who still don't know about SteemitWorldMap
It is a fun tool made by @blueorgy and @martibis that allows you to pin your posts to a specific location or browse the world map where ideally every place on the map is a Steemit post. #swmchallenge is my attempt is to make it more popular and build a community around it.

His blog features not only proffesional images but two, exceptional, greatly edited videos that really caught my attention. @ivansnz why don't you post them on dtube also? I think that you would get appreciated much more there than you do on youtube
#2 Samar: 6 amazing places to discover
@julietravel takes us on a journey through 5 special locations on a truly beautiful island of Samar in the Philippines so board the plane and visit:
- Marabut Rock Formations
- Sohoton National Park
- a beach on Divinubo Island
- Torpedo Boat
- Samar cave systems
#3 The World's Oldest Shopping Mall And The Bull's Genitals: A Center Of Attraction
@joyrobinson shows us a glimpse of Italy's oldest working shopping mall made between 1865 and 1877. The grandios four-story building is filled with exceptional crafstmanship and high end luxury stores. The mall is locally known as ‘il salotto buono’, or "the fine living room" of Milan and has a really strange tradition bound to it that involves standing and spinning bulls balls three times to avoid bad luck . Want to know more? I was very curious and I can tell you that the story behind it is interesting to say the least. Read more, it's worth it!

Yep, that's the main goal behind this challenge and something I'm striving to do here on Steemit. Still trying to find other ways to do the same thing though.

As for getting the dtube videos in your post just copy the embeded link and paste it where you want it in the post.
BTW, do you have Balkanian origins maybe? Ivan is one of the three most common names in here in Croatia.

Yes i did a roadtrip from Zürich to Lubljana to Dubrovnik along the coast! unfortunately it was bevore i was making videos. the most scenic roads i've ever driven and the people in croatia are so nice! In which city do you live in Croatia?
