Why do you travel?
As I travel to a greater extent and to farther lands, I get persuaded of the fact that the place we call "home" keeps altering.
Like, every place I visit, it graciously becomes my home.
I reckon it's all about seeking solace and happiness that engulfs within you while you are somewhere. This is my definition of home.
I've learned that the journey is what you make it. When I reach somewhere, I make sure to take a pause, smile, take time to recognize the beauty amidst all the chaos, wish on the next shooting star, be grateful that I'm privileged to be alive, not just live a life but to create a life, love the life you always wanted to live, put faith and trust in the journeys I take and most importantly learn to love it, embrace it and keep it close to my heart.
I've lived in so many different places and cities that I can barely remember. I've left behind a hundred homes and over a lifetime I will find a hundred new homes as I move forward. These are the things that fill my soul.
Hence, I don't really confine myself to a place and call it home. Even if it's for a night, a day, or a few moments, whatever place makes you feel calm and loved, is your home.
