How is Caracas Venezuela on a Sunday?

Estaba sentado desayunando en casa cuando me asome por la ventana y me asombró no ver absolutamente a nadie caminando por la calle, me pregunte ¿que esta pasando, todos se fueron? Nos montamos en el carro yo y mi papa !y nos desplazamos por algunas zonas de Caracas, el resultado fue este.
