My Trip To Cali

I have one question for you.... Where was your favorite place to visit? My favorite place is Los Angeles California. Prior to this, I been for a few places in Florida such as Panama City, Orlando, and Tampa. I loved those places and had lots of fun. I know you're probably wondering what made me want to visit the great City of Los Angeles. I have a coupe of friends there I met through network marketing. And we were always on the same page, trying to find new ways to make money online. So I decided to fly there to hang out.

This was my first time flying a plane so I was very nervous. I went to Expedia and purchased the package deal with the round trip flights, hotel, and rental car. The day before I left to fly to California, I was so excited that I had my stuff packed that morning.

Remember my mentioning of never flying before right? I live in North Carolina, so I flew from the Fayetteville airport in a small jet over to the Charlotte airport to get on the larger plane to Cali. The thing about the small jet is, you can feel the takeoff way more than a huge plane. I don't even like rides at the carnival and I'm getting on a plane? I guess it is something about movement that I am not in control of that freaks me out a lil bit.

So, I land in the Charlotte International Airport to wait to board the bigger plane that will take me over to LAX in California. Taking off was a lil scary, but once we were in the air, it felt like riding a bus. I was excited to land in California. LAX is an amazing airport by the way. It's time for me to get a rental car. See the thing about getting rental cars from LAX is there are lots and you choose your car according to your booking. I chose a small sedan, so I was directed over to the lot where the small sedans were and picked out a Dodge Dart. The keys were already in it and when I went out the gate, all I had to do was sign the car out. I thought this was so cool to pick whatever you want! Next time, I might choose a luxury car when I book on Expedia. I may even choose a SUV from Expedia. I was just so used to having my rental car chosen for me when I go rent a car.

So I check into my room which was nice by the way. Then fell asleep. My body haven't adjusted to the 3 hour time difference yet. So my body is saying it's 11:pm and It's really 8:pm in Cali. The next day, I got up with my friends and went exploring. It was like everything I saw in the movies. I was really amazed. I went to Signal Hill, Venice Beach, and Long Beach. I forgot the movie theater there and the movie I saw, but the movies come out a whole week ahead of North Carolina.

My friend calls me up to meet at the grand opening of Golden Corral. It was a long line and the people loved the food. On the phone when I heard we were eating at Golden Corral, I thought it was a joke because here in North Carolina, these restaurant are all over the place. It was like Cali was finally getting some southern cooking. I also been told the owner that opened the Golden Corral there is from North Carolina. Me and my friends had a great time there.

I am looking into traveling there for another visit in the next two or three months. I love it there! This by far is my favorite place to be! Next time, I will visit Hollywood as well.
