Leaves of Grass and Reeds of Grass
I did a bike ride around Buffalo, New York, and found a very relaxing place to admire the tall reeds of grass growing by Lake Erie. I made a short video of it (please view in HD if you can). Quality isn't superb but I hope I can still communicate the feeling of calmness.
I can't find the words, so I have to lean on some from the past:
"I CELEBRATE myself, and sing myself,
And what I assume you shall assume,
For every atom belonging to me as good belongs to you.
I loafe and invite my soul,
I lean and loafe at my ease observing a spear of summer grass."
Walt Whitman, Song of Myself from his book Leaves of Grass
