Langkawi Island - you will be relaxed!

Langkawi is one of the islands located in Kedah state, Malaysia. This island is popular for tourists. Once we arrived at Langkawi we took a cable car ride known as skycab. It was a good start for the first day in Langkawi as it is quite near from Langkawi airport, just 15 minutes drive, pic by Rizqiah.

The cable car will keep moving and we have to quickly jump into the cable car haha! We were worried as we have our one-year-old boy with camera equipment backpack, so it's advised to cut down any backpack to ease your movement, pic by Rizqiah.

After the cable car ride we took a nap at the hotel before dinner. Then the next day we decided to go for the boat trip. We didn't expect that our lil one was super adventurous! He was enjoying throughout the day while lying on his dad in a baby carrier, love that baby carrier, save our day a lot! pic by Rizqiah.

First, the speedboat will be heading to the Beras Basah Island, the water is super crystal clear!!! We are only given 40 minutes to spend at that island before heading to next stop.

Then the boat head to the Dayang Bunting Lake, pic by Rizqiah.

Then our next stop was at Dayang Bunting Marble Geoforest Park. This place is amazing! It is believed among locals those who didn't have an opportunity to get pregnant, to wet in the lake in here as it is believed to be prosperous to do so!

There is something I have to warn about is the monkeys! They are everywhere on the island haha! Watch out if you bring any foodstuff or backpack, make sure it is not exposed, otherwise those guys gonna steal one or maybe everything!

You can actually at the base point of the lake here while having some snacks, pic by Rizqiah.

You can also be adventurous like us to go for a small jungle trail for you to see the lakeside of the Dayang Bunting, it really tiring, especially my hubby with our little baby in baby carrier, pic by Rizqiah.

The first view when you almost reach the lakeside, you will actually be motivated to finish your jungle trail once you got to see this view, pic by Rizqiah.

After the refreshing segment, you gotta go back to the base point and it will be little tired again, pic by Rizqiah.

Anyways there are some kiosks prepared little snacks and drinks for you to purchase once you reach down to the base point, pic by Rizqiah.

Next is the quick boat trip to the eagle feeding region and we head back to the hotel, we had a good sleep as we were really tired of the whole day journey.

Another day we spend at Cenang Beach where you can do lots of water sport like jetski ride, banana boat, surfing, one of the famous beaches to do any water sports activity. It was amazing to see my son who was afraid of the beach at the Beras Basah Island, became super attached to the beach water and the wave at the Cenang. One of the tricks we did was, we left all the gadgets behind before we spend our quality time at the beach. We focus our beach activity with our son and had a great family time there!

Just next to the Cenang beach, there is the Underwater World, my son did enjoy that trip. We also able to purchase some of the duty-free products near the Cenang beach.

We also took the duck boat ride in the morning before our flight in the late evening. The duck ride is actually situated at the base point of the skycab activity area.

It was amazing days in Langkawi that I hope to go again because we love the beach life there, and it was the first time we spend at the beach as a family, great memories, and experience!
