Assalamualaikum, my friends, this is my religious journey to Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh Tomb near Krueng Daroy, adjacent to Meuligoe Aceh, the official residence of the Governor of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, adjacent to the Aceh Museum. This tomb was eliminated traces by the Dutch while fighting Aceh.

New on December 19, 1952 the location of the Tomb of Sultan Iskandar Muda can be rediscovered, thanks to orders given by the former empress of one of the Sultan of Aceh who bermana Pocut Meurah.

In the 17th century, the kingdom of Aceh was ranked the largest among the Islamic kingdoms in the world. Banda Aceh had become an international trade city, visited by foreign ships carrying crops from the Asian region to the European continent.

Sultan Iskandar Muda is also known as a just king, including for his own family. One of his sons called Meurah Pupok dipancungnya in public for making a serious mistake. Tomb of Pupok is located within Kerkhoff Peutjoet complex. The incident aroused the pride of the Acehnese: Adat bak Po Temeuruhoom, Hukom bak Syiah Kuala, which means "Adat kept Sultan, the law is in Syiah Kuala". Syiah Kuala is another name for Tengku Abdul Rauf As Singkili, a prominent Acehnese scholar of the 17th century who is renowned expert in the field of law and religious studies.
