Quichua Mountain Fair

Recently I happened to visit the market-fair of clothes in the Quito Covenant. Traditionally, such fairs have long been held and are held to this day in the settlement of textile workers and leather craftsmen - the town of Otavalo, where a huge amount of clothes, carpets, costume jewelery, leather goods, furs and ceramics are brought to the central square. But as foreigners learned about this market, prices rose, and the Indians became less accommodating, so any meaning to go to such a distance has disappeared.

Fortunately, in the capital there is a fair with the same range and at the same prices, but equipped with convenient counters and numbered trading rows.
