Beach Life
The beaches on the south of Sri Lanka are straight out of a magazine.
Although we were there in peak season, the place wasn't packed at all. Local beach merchants were selling coconuts, pineapples, scarves, cheap plastic jewelery and spices to tourists. The fruit was really good and incredibly inexpensive. It was nice to see people snacking on fruit instead of the usual junk.
There's nothing better than sitting under the palm trees in a bar like this sipping ice cold beer while having the toes in the sand. I spent most of the time there barefoot, or wearing flip-flops at best. We didn't mind the clouds, they were usually gone by the evening.
We couldn't build a snowman so we had a sandman instead.
Holidays are over and it's back to work for me today. These beaches will probably seem like a distant memory in a week's time. Luckily, I have plenty of photos to browse through.
I'll share more soon.
Hello Friend how are you? a pleasure to say hello, I really want to be in a bar like that, the photos are true works of art, it's a place to fall in love and stay forever, it was a happy holiday
