With another religious and cultural festival happening in Iloilo on every fourth Sunday of January, participants gather together for different tribe rituals and competitions for the city’s biggest fiesta ‘Dinagyang’. Obviously, local and national production companies use this opportunity to organize their own festivals and attract thous ands of young EDM enthusiasts every year. Dinagyang Love Dance

Aligned with the country’s biggest fiesta, Dinagyang Love Dance’s last edition saw Clyde Harris, Eric Gella, Ace Ramos, Miguel Rojas, Mick Martinez, Martin Silverio, Ian Caram, DJ Leo P!, Kyla Piamente and AJ Ferrer perform. This festival, but also Masskara Love Dance and Negros Love Dance, is organized by production crew Headrush, who are known for throwing some of the biggest events in the country.

Aura

Probably the city’s favorite EDM club with weekly events inviting local artists like Dimas, but also nationally acclaimed DJ such as Katsy Lee, Ron Poe, Ace Ramos, Kat DJ, Travis Monsod, Khai Lim, Italo Laurenthie, Tom Taus, Jessica Milner, Sebastian Castro or Erwin Edralin, to name a few. Located at The Avenue Complex, Aura also has a terrace bar and free entrance every night!

Stockroom

This cozy bar can get quite packed during the weekend, as Stockroom offers great deals for students. Their music usually ranges from EDM, rnb, hip hop, trap, electro and dubstep, and previous events saw Nix Damn P!, The Zombettes, Jessica Milner, Dimas or Deuce performing.
