Creole Nature Trail - Day Two

Day one found us at a free, on the beach camping site. No hook-ups but we were prepared with water, food and beer. We had such a good time yesterday and today we decided to stay another night.

The first night I had the beach out the back window but we repositioned today. Now my door opens on sand, no need to even wear flip flops. I employed a neat trick to keep from tracking sand into the trailer, stepping into a pan of water quickly rinses your feet.

The wind has picked up and the waves are curling. We've spent our time walking the beach, picking up shells and watching people fish from the shore. Between the waves, wind and birds, it's a noisy place, yet relaxing.
