Hey fitness and travel lovers, it's me, Notyourgirl!

Look at the pictures of my camping canoetour in kawartha highlands provincial park.
It was a 3 day trip. We moved every day to another camping place with the canoe, build up your tent and made a campfire.

Most impressing about this trip was to experience how silent and dark a forest could be. Night time there is total sicence and you can see every single star and feel like you can touch them and pick them from the sky right now.
We lived without a clock or any kind of cellphone and social media connection.
In this time I did a lot of yoga, meditation, drawing and writing.

I wouldn't miss this experience!
