A magic place known as God's Gate and Why you need to visit Romania

We Romanians are pretty proud of our country, with its breathtaking landscapes and the authenticity of so many places.
My name is Nicoleta and I have just moved to the UK as I'm about to become a grandmother. But my first 60 years of life have been spent in Romania. I've always enjoyed travelling and there is always a new place to see in the small country. I would like to tell you about some of the most amazing experiences I have lived through my travels.

The place I want to share with you today is one of the most magical I've seen. A place in the mountains called 'Luana's Country'. This mysterious location is also known as God's Gate and the legend says that there's always some paranormal activity going on. Locals talk about missing people and time travelling experiences. Also there's rumors that bones of giants were found in the area.
Japanese researches found that this place holds the 3rd energetic pole of the earth and this may be one of the reasons the locals call it God's gate.

These are Buzau's mountains where Luana's country is situated. Just look at that photo for a second and imagine admiring that view yourself.

Inside the caves in Luana's country archaeologists found mysterious drawing. The legend say that they have a cosmic theme and describe intergalactic battles. But you can judge that for yourself when you get there and see it.

This is the church carved in stone from Alunis. The feelings you get when you step inside are pretty breath-taking.

These are some of the footsteps people have attributed to 'giant-humans', even though I'm sure it could have been a bear. But you know, don't spoil the legend.

It's pretty hard to express in words the experience of seeing those places and listening to the local legends (some pretty naive but others quite thought-provoking), while breathing in the fresh, strong mountain air. There's nothing quite like it so I do urge you to go and see for yourself.
