Looking Back at the Journey

in #travel6 years ago (edited)

One of the parts of being raised in Oregon that I am so thankful for is the outdoor culture here. It seems like almost everyone hikes here. Growing up with so many opportunities to get out into nature brought a lot of great memories. I took this for granted once I started to get older though and if it weren't for my friends getting me into photography I may not have gotten that reminder. Now as I've taken this exploration to an even larger scale I begin to look back at the experiences I had along the way that accumulated to form my love for travel. Was travel something you were raised with or did you find it later in life?
