Because it is not damaged I think. In Germany there are castles too, but as they are damaged or the building wasn't finished there are a lot just standing around nobody interested in really.

Thank you for your reply @naturicia. In fact the castle is not so well maintained as it looks, i think people can do better to conserve this kind of treasures
