Scotland Memories - Part 1

I was looking at my Google Photos and found these pictures of my holiday to Scotland. For this holiday some of the pictures were clicked on the camera and some on the phone, the ones which were on camera, I had a back up of that, but the ones of the phone I thought had got deleted due to change of phones and I never knew that I had back-up of these on my google photos, I was so happy to retrieve these pictures and get my memories back.

This was a 3 weeks holiday to London and Scotland, and this place is like heaven. We had booked a home-stay in Scotland and that was the best thing, because we had such amazing local experiences at the place we stayed. This place was in the highlands called Perthshire, this place is famous for the Drummond Gardens. We visited the garden, a beautiful sight to see, photos of which I will share in another post.

Today I will share the pictures that we took during our stay in Scotland, where we covered some of the castles and then the downtown area also.

I do not remember the name of the Castles now but they were all unique and rich of history. Got to see some Scotland culture and traditions in these places.

I like to see these kind of things, it gives a perspective of what life was some centuries ago.

Hubby and Son, they wanted to take one of these home to use it on me....haha

I am not sure what her role was in the Castle, She kept her distance, but did click pictures with everyone who asked for. She looked like some one in charge of religious activities.
