I actually considered buying a piece of rural property in Missouri on a river and building a bunch of Tiny Houses on it with a community garden area, fishing dock and all Solar Powered electricity/water (filtration). Then renting out the Tiny Homes to pay all my expenses so I could travel by plane whenever I wanted......just seemed like it would be more trouble than it is worth!
I like that idea. You could simplify it to make it easier. Riverfront property might be expensive though.
Do you know about the .02 payout threshold? You might want to sign up for @dustsweeper FYI but that doesn't work for solo self upvotes.
