Shiershan is one of the treasures at Lushan，Loved by the people，It is the same kind of black fungus，Shaped like a human ear, It is a wild on the inaccessible cliffs of fungi，Grow on rock，So called "Shiershan."

庐山石耳作为庐山三宝之一，很受欢迎 , 庐山石耳与黑木耳同科，形状长得耳朵，是一种野生在人迹罕至的悬崖峭壁上的菌类植物，又附着在岩上生长，所以称之为“石耳”。

庐山石耳也是游庐山必点菜之一，山上酒店常见做法就是石耳炖鸡，价格应该在150一份

庐山上销售的石耳 大部分是人工种值的，野生的越来越少， 我在山上的时候也去寻找过，很难找到它们， 但其它类型的菇类，很容易找到，我也不敢品赏
