With sony I could tell the camera how fast and how intensively to adjust the exposure. How do you usually do that?

By the way: Do you see the flickering? It's first of all because of the exposure and apparent inconsistencies in the camera's measurements. But it is secondly because there is an error in my lens that makes the distortion go back and forth in seconds, I really need to have the camera fixed...
