Worlds One of the best places for hut to hut trekking. The mountains in Switzerland are higher and perhaps more stunning, but the quality of the trekking experience in the Dolomites is brilliant. You pay a very reasonable sum for a room or bed in a hut, get all fresh and clean linens, a hot 3-course supper, a full breakfast including great coffee. And there's a bar with draft beer and good wines. Spend all day walking and climbing the mountains, then a relaxing night in a cozy hut with great views and great food and a comfortable bed. Really cannot get better than this.
