The cat that all the people of Kiev love

Let me introduce, this is a cat that is often stroked by people. He lives near the Golden Gate in Kiev and his name is Panteleimon.

Once upon a time this cat was a symbol of a restaurant that is nearby. But during the fire Panteleimon died. Over time, residents of the city put him a monument. Residents of the city and guests stroked the cat's ear and touched his tail, in the hope that the desire, conceived at that moment, would come true.

Some believe that this is not Panteleimon, but the cat Begimot from Bulgakov's literary work "Master and Margarita." But I do not think so.
