Dmitry Biryukovich started construction in the 1960s. The year before, he graduated from the Kiev Civil Engineering Institute, and already in 1961 it was launched. In 1962, a trip was made from Kiev to Kherson and back.
It is impossible to say that the whole process of creation was easy, because at that time the development of production technology, which was not previously known, had just begun. No one could prompt, advise, no one had experience. But Dmitry had a desire and a goal! This helped him to cope with the task!
How did I know about this yacht?
I was lucky enough to get acquainted with one person who offered to work on this ship. It immediately became interesting why such a name and how to manage such a "car" in general. Having learned the history of the vessel and having learned a little the sea language, he became aware. For a year of "idle time", it was necessary to bring the yacht into working condition. After a week, skins, painting, varnishing of the hold and all compartments, I spent the season on it.

Swam people on the river Dnipro, there was a wedding on this ship (but unfortunately not in my period of work). Big, noisy companies and just a romantic walk under the sunset, each of them, was glad to swim on the legend. The passenger capacity is about 15 people. The main thing for me was that people would be happy after such a walk, so it always was.
