Back Online ! / Time for a change !

Hi Guys,

I was offline for several weeks due to some health issues but also my computer crash without notice and I lost all my info including settings, passwords etc. But thankfully I was able to recover everything. Now that the storm has passed I'm back online and want to catch up !

As I mentioned, on previous posts I live on Miami, Fl. I moved to the city back on 2008 and after 10 years in the Sunshine State Im considering to move to a different place. I went to Europe on December 2016, and completely felt in love with Barcelona.

Beautiful city, food it's amazing and the vibes there are on a complete different level. Being there I felt for the first time on my life that there is where I belong ! Prices are a little high on the main city, but nothing bits Miami upscaling prices !

I was shopping around for some rentals on the main city, just to have an idea of prices, living condition etc, and my with my monthly mortgage for a one bedroom apartment I can afford a 4 bedroom penthouse ! Call me crazy but Im going lol...

Of course I understand that the base salary in Spain can't be compare to the one in US, but if your economy doesn't depend of an steady job and you have other types of incomes then, there is not reason whatsoever for not to follow your dreams and prefer and steedy and boring life !

Any advise or comments will be really appreciated !
