Do you know Land SUP?

Another one of my favourite pastimes on a board is land stand up paddle boarding or Land SUP, which like surfing involves a larger skateboard and of course the pole. 

Now combine this exciting sport with the paths and walkways that make up the Capetown promenade and Green Point common, and you have an endless playground to skate all around and explore for hours. I had one such Sunday morning today, beautiful morning sunshine, clear blue skies and glassy blue waves crashing along the shoreline. I quickly found myself lost in the midst of a trianthlon and seemed to just get lost in the swirl of energy buzzing around the city foreshore. What a day !
