World Passport, citizen of the world
Today I read an interesting article about Antarctica, which stated that there is a white passport that confirms your citizenship in the Antarctic, as well as giving the right to visa-free entry in a bunch of countries and other benefits, provided that you are moving to live in Antarctic after about 10 years. After reading about this a few other articles, I realized that this is pure fiction, but find an interesting fact. There is a passport that allows you to travel without a visa, it is not officially confirmed, but the people are use, and its works. The site where you can get it says - The de jure (official) and de facto (case-by-case). It is called world passport.
The world passport - is a solid document of 30 pages with a blue cover. The passport printed in seven languages: English, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese and Esperanto. The first four pages of the document are busy data of a person who certifies it, and the rest are reserved for visas. International NGO World Service Authority (WSA) gives such passports to all comers for three, five or eight years. Officially, the world passport is from 45 to 100 US dollars.
In 1948, a sweeping gesture renouncing US citizenship and announce himself as a citizen of the world, a former US Air Force pilot Harry Davis founded in Paris the International Registry of World Citizens. In the years 1948-1952, this scandalous organization registered as such by nearly a million people. In 1953, Davis and his associates created the World Government of World Citizens, and a year later founded the organization World Service Authority - a sort of executive body of the World Government. The main task of the WSA - to provide people the right to move freely around the world. It can be ordered on the official website, where there is also a list of countries in which people are caught in this passport.
Interesting facts confront us at every turn; I hope you have been interesting to learn about the unusual document.
P.S. WSA does not guarantee that any country will take the passport, and even warns of the countries where such a document is not recognized, regardless of the inspection officer or a border guard. This is Canada, France, Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States of America.
