TRAVEL BLOG - FRANCE & GREECE 2016 🇫🇷 🇬🇷

Hey guys i wrote a little something about my holidays last summer! :)

Last year I went to France to visit my mom, my brother and my Step dad because they live in France and I live in Bali with my dad. it wasn’t my First time going there… The first time I went to France I was 6 years old and it was my first time travelling alone, it was pretty scary and nerve racking to travel alone with no parents for the first time if you ask me.

The plan was to go to France -> Germany -> Greece -> then back to Bali. So I arrived in France and got to the apartment were my mom lives (Alfortville), and we did so much things and went to many parts of France like Grasse, In the alps (there was Mountains and we went with my step dads father) , Normandy and other places. After staying two weeks in France it was time to go to Greece!! I was super excited and we all couldn’t wait.

We arrived in the airport and they checked our boarding pass and we got in the plane, we had a stopover in Munich (Germany), the flight took about 1 hour or so to get to there… We only stayed here for a couple of hours before going in our next plane to Greece. We visited around Munich and ate some food some ice creams and we saw a little puppet show and we also met up with my Step dad’s Friends who lived there and they also gave us a mini tour of the city. It was time to leave Munich so we said our goodbye’s and we took the train to the airport I’m pretty sure we arrived there around 8pm and got in the plane around 9pm.

The flight took around 4 hours to get to Athens, Greece. We arrived pretty late, we were all pretty tired but we had to find our hotel (I forgot the name of the hotel we stayed in but all I can say was that it was amazing). We got the place where our hotel was but we couldn’t find it because there were other hotels as well so for about 5 minutes we were walking and walking with our suitcase’s to try find the hotel. We finally found it… we checked in and they showed us our room and the minute I walked in I went to the bed and fell asleep. It was the morning and we all woke up and ate some breakfast and then went to the top of the hotel to see the view and swim in the pool for a while.

Later that day we got dressed had some lunch and went to visit around Greece… We went to the markets the beach and we visited the Acropolis of Athens, The Erechtheion, The Heraklion Archaeological Museum and Syntagma Square. Everything was amazing and really beautiful; I fell in love with Greece and found everything interesting about it. It was very hot and we walked so Much it felt like a workout session but it was definitely worth it. We did everything a tourist would normally do on a vacation haha, the beach's was so pretty and so blue and everyone is so nice.

The day that we had to leave Greece was very sad but I was also very excited to go back to France and then back to Bali because I was missed the surf and I was missing my dad, my sister, my step mom and all my friends here in Bali.
