PEACE BRIDGE - Calgary, AB // Canadation D-4

Greetings, peaceful travelers!

The 28th of December was a day in which we specifically set out to walk around and get to know more of Calgary.

I wish I had more photos to share here of this beautiful city, but here are three of my favorite taken on this day. First, as the header photo, there's the iconic Peace Bridge, one of the postal cards of the town. Its unique architectural shape and singular structure, along with the gorgeous river that passes bellow, makes it a must visit. Here's the view from inside the pathway:

We also visited the incredible Calgary Public Library, located in the Downtown area. Another masterpiece of architecture, from outside and in. Unfortunately I do not have pictures from outside on my phone, but the view from the top floor is probably my favorite picture shot that day.

We finished off our walkabout by going down to Kensington, in my opinion the most charming neighborhood in the city. I found an amazing Art Supplies store where I bought my (Pocket Sized)² Notebook, my brother befriended the staff at the Vinyl Store, we ate an amazing lunch at a restaurant called Katsu (which I even put a bonus photo for you guys below) and the night ended in one of the best ways possible: we crossed these cute Wild Bunnies on our way back home!
