Hi everyone,

Part2:

So as I mentioned last time that we decided to buy 1 check in bag for AED 500.

Our trip was as follows :

From Dubai -> Kotchi (India )
India -> Kuala lumpur (Malaysia)
KL -> Melbourne (Australia )
Mel -> Adelaide

Since we were anyway going to have a check-in bag we had to apply for Indian visa because its not going to be treated as a transit
So anyways my husband got a visa and he said he will do it and we will be waiting for him in the lounge or something

So from dubai to india the airlines had an agreement with airasia (and remember this for later please) so getting the bag wasn’t big deal we actually didn’t have to leave the transit area or enter india or clear immigration or anything , yes we took 5 hours for them to get it out for ur but at the end of the day it was ok we stayed the 2 hours left in the lounge and kids had some rest ..

We flew from India to KL and then from KL to Mel
We stayed the night over there
Something really I don’t know how to call it ( Amazing or weird ) or amazingly weird happened

We arrived Australia in a very busy season I guess ( commonwealth games, Easter and I think Formula as one of my friends said but am not sure about it )
So anyway booking a hotel around Melbourne airport wasn’t that easy since we booked so late too , so we booked in a bit far area .

We went out the airport trying to get a taxi . 1st had something like gas something in the trunk so it wouldnot take our bags same for the 2nd , 3rd and 4th taxi .
5th one was ok so we took it , he was so nice he was an indian muslim and I wear the Islamic hijab
So he saw my family and said that area had an incident before and its far from the airport , he called his wife and said oh prepare dinner I have some guests they r Egyptians and so . we kept asking him to take us to the hotel and its okay its only the night to sleep then will leave in the morning and he insisted !

I wont lie to you it was a bit scary to me , seeing so nice ppl like that isn’t so common lol .

He canceled the rest of night on the taxi and took us to his place and I met his lovely wife !

She was Moroccan and right away we started talking and laughing and she prepared dinner and we kept talking till 3:30 am in the morning ! and we slept over and woke up next day she prepared breakfast for us and then we left to the airport with her and her husband !
They were a gift from God I wont lie.
To meet such ppl and to have such an experience in a country you visit for the first time after an exhausting trip is really something you wont forget and you will keep thanking god for , for the rest of your life!
What a night and how nice they were with us surprised me till now !
She is my friend now and we talk even after me hiding back to dubai !

Real business is going to be staying in Adelaide
