#ULOG 001 ISLAND HOPPING: THE NEVER-TOO-LATE SUMMER GETAWAY!

Hi it's been a long time since I've posted here in steemit, I just got busy with my school works and other stuff. So here's my first post of ULOG thanks @surpassinggoogle.

Anyways, last May 28, 2018 I have finally have a summer getaway! Atlast! Well actually, it's a birthday celebration of the wife of my boyfriend's cousin, she's ate @maryblue . They planned to have an island hopping instead of going out of the country. So it's really a YEY for me!

We were 11 adults and 3 kids going for island hopping. From Mandaue City we rode a taxi to Parola Port Cordova.

(So that is the Parola Port Cordova.)

We arrived there at probably 6:50am or earlier than that, so we wait for the others until on 8:00am we were already complete and ready to go. The boat that we ride on has a rectangular table in the center, comfort room and a griller. It's really nice! However, for our first destination it's quite far so we ate for our breakfast and have some selfies and groupies.

Then the long ride is over! It takes more than 1hr to finally arrived in Pandanon Island! The place is really clean and refreshing. So we do what usually people do in the beach haha we swim!

But before that we also sang a composed song of the birthday celebrant's father-in-law (it's a Bisaya song actually) and also a Happy Birthday song. We also gave her roses.

After maybe an hour, I guess. We've decided to go to the nearest island from there for it has a sandbar. Although we don't have pictures in the sand bar because there were many people around so we just swam near the boat. Just like the first destination the sand is fine and the water is clear.

Again hours passed we've decided to go to the third and last destination, the Gilutongan Island. Actually, we didn't really stop by near the shore or the island itself but instead meters away from it. Because the second destination's water is not more than 4ft! So we've decided to stop by in the deep part of the sea. And it's really really deep! So for us that those who didn't trust ourselves or didn't trust the current of the sea, we used life jackets! Hahaha oh especially the kids.

My enjoyment in the sea didn't last long because I can't swim! I mean I can't trust my swimming skills if it is considered as one haha. So ate @theunlimited, @dzued and me decided to have some pictorials haha and here are some:

And maybe at 3:00 we've arrived in Parola Port, Cordova. It was really a great summer getaway! Thanks to ate @maryblue and her family for inviting me to go with them. I'm looking forward for more adventure to come with this family! Happy Birthday again Ate! Lovelots! Ate @peculiarcrianca missed you po. (Ate means older sister)

It's always nice to be with people that you are comfortable with.
