I TRIED FOOD PHOTOGRAPHY
Right now I am in Thailand. I startet traveling with my boyfriend in October 2017.
I am confronted with many new stuff. I‘ve always been a fan of food so I startet keeping it for the eternity. I hope you are into food like I am.
I tried to remember all the places these pictured were taken. I don’t recognize everyone but many. Maybe you ever tried them or will try them, too and have same or different opinions about it.
Penang, Malaysia
This restaurant had only this dish :D It is roasted duck, but unfortunately it was cold. The tast was nice, but the cold meet was strange somehow.
This place is called Wen Chang Restaurant
This was in a lovely restaurant. The waitress and owner at the same time was so nice. She had a really positiv spirit!
The dish in the front was beef in a f*cking spicy sauce! I accidentally forgot to ask if it is spicy so I got to experience it. The taste before the spice hit me was very nice and I got more and more used to it, but it was sometimes really painful!
The blue rice was the highlight of all dishes, because it‘s blue :D
The dish in the back was a lovely chicken drumstick with a nice sauce. Very delicious!
If you ever travel to Penang than visit the Laksalicious ! ;)
We got this tea after I had my first massage ever. It was really tasty and refreshing. The massage was nice, too but sometimes a bit painful.
These two dishes are from a restaurant we missed like three times. Everything we went there to have dinner they were closed or about to close. But this one day we were really lucky and the food was really delicious! :)
This place is called Tai Tong Restaurant.
This is a very fancy looking Coke. The food we had there was more disappointing and way too expensive for what we got.
SUSHI! I LOVE SUSHI! There was a time I totally hated fish. But I started eating fish more because a friends mother often cooked fish when I was there so I tried it. Before my fish-loving-time I only ate like vegetable-sushi with cucumber, avocado and what ever. One time I was pushed out of my comfort zone and tried salmon-nigiri and I absolutely fell in love with it!
We were in a gym and after working out we decided to go to this sushi restaurant.
This sushi you see in the picture was the best I ever ate in my life!
Sadly I don’t remember the name or in which mall it was :(
The icecream was nice,too but not as outstanding.
This yellow goodness is as outstanding as the sushi! This are eggtarts from a little bakery in Chinatown. Once you bite in it the crust is very crunchy but the filling just melts on your tongue. Pure goodness! The coconuttarts above were very good, too! We tried nearly everything in this bakery and this two things were the best goods! The eggtarts were often sold out and I totally understand why!
This place is called NG Kee Cake Shop“.
This was in a Pizza Hut and I have to say that this pizza was really really delicious! Many different flavors that came together and harmonized perfectly! I know that there is a huge controversy about pineapple on pizza, but in this case it was just good! Normally I avoide pineapple on my pizza, I need to be in a special mood to like it :D
Singapore
I am from Germany and I have to admit that my favorite beer is German Bitburger or Mexican Corona. I like strong and bitter beer. I was a little bit skeptical but it was very nice! 6S$ is quiet expensive compared to german prices but we paid more on the next day!
I don’t know the name but it was next to the Marina Bay City Gallery!
This is the more expensive beer I wrote about above. This beer was about 16S$. To be exact: 16S§ each! I mean the view from the Customs House on the Bay was phenomenal and the beer was good, but a bit pricy ;)
Koh Phangan, Thailand
This was a nice little apple pie with vanilla icecream and a cappuccino. Very delicious and still warm! I ate and drank this at A’s Famous.
The following pictures are all from the lovely restaurant Seed To Feed. I really love this place. Compared to Thai foods the prices are really high, but the quality is really high, too! They are heavily focused on vegetarian and vegan food, but serve meat, too. They are specialized on organic food and grow things like salad and other stuff on their own in their garden.
I simply love the food there!
