Haha, really? No way. I gave it a shot as Mykonos is one of the closest islands to Athens (between those attractive ones and larger). I saw Kevin's post with the photo of the town (I deducted that you travelled together). I did not recognise the look so I presumed that it must be Mykonos as I have seen Naxos and Paros. I guessed that you did not bother to travel far from Athens, as Mykonos is pretty enough. Also the timeframe between Athens meetup and checking in on the island would be very short :-)
