Yes, it is known for its enormous artificial island that looks like a palm reaching into the sea, with luxury apartments and hotels. And they are building more islands on which the rich are building villas. A couple of these got abandoned when either money ran out or more likely they discovered the difficulty of getting water, power and such services there. As I said in a previous article, they like to do things in a big way and to define themselves in the superlative. But I find it an interesting place. Thanks for your comment.
