I went to Peru a few years ago and booked both Central Restaurant and Astrid & Gastron as soon as they started to take bookings. It was worth it, especially the former. The whole experience was as good as the trek up the Machi Pichu!!
Yeah, we were really disappointed that we couldn't get the table at Central..
Machu Picchu was just unbelievable. One of my next articles will be about a day which we've spent exploring it :)
