The Cathedral of the Tabynsk Icon of the Mother of God. Pohvistnevo. Russia.

The Cathedral of the Tabynsk Icon of the Mother of God is located in the town of Pokhvistnevo, Samara Province (architects VV Pshennikov and Y. Astakhov).
The status of the cathedral was given to the church in 2012.

From the history of the past. In the city of Pohvistnevo in April 1988, consecrated and laid the church in honor of the miraculous Tabynsk Icon of the Mother of God. Continued construction with the support of the city administration, oil workers and gas workers, on voluntary funds of parishioners in 1998 and completed in 2014.

I created the photos in 2008. 24.08. Apparently, there is no external cladding on the walls, the frames are not in all the windows, they were not gilded.

The photo was created three years later in 2011. 28.08. The cupolas of the church were gilded, the sky reflected in the windows on the glass, but there was still no cladding on the walls. Next to the Orthodox Church, a Muslim Mosque in the form of a house with a low minaret appeared next door. Exterior finishing works are being carried out on the minaret.

And these photos were created a year later in 2012. 09.09. The roof of the cathedral is blue, there are no glasses in the windows, but there are openwork grilles in them, the exterior walls are finishing: plastering and facing.
