Ali express And Theft Issue

Today i am going i highlight a very serious issue regarding Custom and post service agents,how they make money by thefting parcels and Aliexpress Supplier and China product seller loss millions of dollar due to this issue.
From last 5 years i love to order on Aliexpress and when ever i ordered untracked shipping my parcel lossed and i have claimed refund from ali express. But the issue is very complicated now Problem is that . China is shipping parcels but our postal service theft untrackable parcels and sell it into CHori market , on cheap rate.
This is disgusting ad very serious issue and Our government should take action against it.
First when we select {China post untracked Shipping} It gives us very cheap and affordable price and however when parcel came to custom they sent it for delivery. But the delivery boy theft the parcel and the buyer and seller not only waste their months of time in waiting also loss money.
I was visiting a bazar near my house i saw a shop keeper selling all these thefted parcel on very cheap rates.
