WHY YOU SHOULD CHECK OUT THE SAPPHIRE POOL PARTY IN LAS VEGAS!!

When you hear the word “Sapphire” come out of someone’s mouth in Las Vegas you immediately think of the biggest strip-club imaginable, and a massive amount of half-naked girls. Barely anyone I speak to has any clue that there’s actually a gorgeous pool/day-club that’s semi connected to the main nightclub, yet totally separate from the strip club itself. It sits on the property right behind the club, but it seems as though it’s almost being hidden away back there. I know the pools lack of notoriety isn’t an intentional move made by the marketing team of Sapphire, I just think people get confused when they hear the name “Sapphire”, as they are subconsciously trained to associate that word with nothing except a strip-club.

This pool was the first place I worked when I relocated to Vegas more than 4 years ago. It was brand new, and I was there for the grand opening. It’s a clean, modern, state of the art set up that’s not big enough to be overwhelming, but large enough to not feel overly crowded. You’ll find poolside lounge chairs, daybeds, cabanas, and even a VIP section there. There’s a main bar and a bar in the VIP area, along with bottle service for the daybeds and cabanas.

Exactly like the other Vegas pools offer. They almost always have a water volleyball game going on in the main pool which I find slightly annoying cuz I hate the splash it creates, but everyone seems to love it and I always enjoy seeing random people having fun together. In addition to the drink and bottle selection, they also offer a full food menu, and I’m a huge fan to say the least.

They always gave us lunch included with our shift when we were working and everything I ate at this place was amazing. The owner spares no expense when it comes to the food, and he always enlists critically acclaimed chefs for consultation and development of the menu. The food is reasonably priced too, which is just a bonus cuz it’s all delicious! So you’re probably thinking to yourself…what’s so different about this place? To be honest not all that much is actually different from a regular pool party you’d find at any of the major hotels. There are still a lot of girls walking around, and people pounding drinks.

The entertainers work there and while they don’t take their swimsuits off at the pool they’re still much friendlier and more sociable then a lot of pool partying girls in Vegas. They have a lot of featured appearances from Playboy models, porn stars, and exotic personalities which is always nothing but fun for everybody, guys and girls alike. Don’t be intimidated to bring your girlfriend here. She will have a great time, and she won’t be the least bit uncomfortable.

The club offers free limo service to and from any hotel on the strip, and the limo will even take you to the airport if you have an early evening flight, but you want to party all day at the pool. They offer a lot of good drink specials, and certain hours they even have open bar for locals. I find that type of appreciation to be rare nowadays. Sapphire pool is often overlooked, but it’s always a fun time in a beautiful setting, with all the amenities to go along with it. I thought a little credit for this place from a Vegas local was long overdue.
