Traveling Stories Pt. 2 - Bar Harbor, Me

If you are going to visit an old seaside town it is highly recommended that you explore some of the older churches. Many of these old buildings are incredibly beautiful and filled with history.

We visited St Saviour's Episcopal Church. Not many of the pictures turned out that well, as I only had my smartphone and the lighting inside is dim. However, I think the beauty will shine through.

Now, one special surprise for me was a connection to some of the men buried in the grave yard. It is hard to explain the connection, as it is experiential. Oh, and they had some nice grave stones as well.

Memento Mori

The Tiler at the Golden Gate
with square and rule and plumb
will size up your deeds and say "Walk in,
I see you've traveled some."
