The Folks at the Executive Lounge at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo have always great ideas to entertain their guests. When I was staying with my friend at the Ritz Carlton, they had an cookie artist there to make special cookies for the kids guest in the Lounge.

My friend's kids went there many times and got a lot cookies with Pokemon, Doraemon and other Japanese Manga Characters. I really liked the idea of having something for the kids, as they were quiet eating the cookies and they loved the guy doing the cookies so they went there many times. My friend for once was happy that his twins were busy with the Cookie Artist and we had a nice afternoon tea.

I've only seen these cookie artist on videos making these crazy pancakes. Nice to see that they use the skill of these people to entertain kids in such manner that they are kept busy during the day :D
I hope they will keep the cookie artist at the hotel for the rest of your trip, so u can keep having a nice peaceful afternoon tea with your friends haha :)

Interesting. What sort of tools did he use to do this? In the photo it appears he just has a little squirt bottle; is that it?
I imagine getting a result like that takes a lot of practice… a lot of delicious practice. :D
