Lençóis Maranhenses National Park - Northeast Brazil
Hi everyone, today I'm going to share with you some information about my trip to the Maranhenses National Park, in Brazil.
After a long flight and a 4 hours drive we arrived at the city of Barreirinhas which is a small town filled with polite and hospitable people. We stayed at the Murici Inn, which is the best in town. (Great room by the way)
As soon as we arrived, we went to take a boat trip through the Preguiças river and got to know the mangroves, the jussara tree and its famosus fruit called "Açai".
We also went to a fishing village called Mandacaru, where we limbed to the top of a lighthouse which a privileged view. (10 minutes of stairs to climb)
Finally, on the second day we went to the national park ... I will let my pictures speak for themselves
I really loved this place and hope to come back soon.
Oh, and everything was really, I mean, really cheap there...so almost no money were spent.
(Total: USD $600 for 3 days, incluing the flight, the fun stuff and the food)

this is amazing, I saw some pictures pictures shared on facebook and wanted to go. Thanks for the cost info, is it included for accommodation as well? this place look so beautiful.
