Eat Everything: Stingray for Dinner in Vietnam

Have you ever tried stingray? In some parts of Vietnam this is a delicacy. Last time I visited Danang, that's exactly what we had. It was delicous.

It tasted like fish, but the texture had a bit more substance and the it was certianly more mild. If you have a chance to try it, DO IT!

If you don't know this about me yet from my blog, I will eat anything, and yes, that includes innocent little stingrays!
