The best beach on the east coast of Sri Lanka! NILAVELI

Nilaveli beach - this beach is located a few miles north of the town of Uppuveli in Trincomalee district. Before the tsunami in 2004 this beach was considered the most beautiful beach in Sri Lanka. Unfortunately, the tsunami hit this area and the beach was damaged. If you visit this place todayadays, you will be very surprised. The beach is beautiful, no signs of damage. A lot of people do not know that, so maybe you will be the only person on the beach (like us!).
