My travel in Europe #1 : Spain / Gibraltar and Valencia

Hi everybody,

I'm Magalie ! In part #0, I told you about my trip to Europe after Morocco (1 full month in the Atlas Mountains). Arrival in Gibraltar for two days of rest before actually starting this journey. So I left this crucial and strategic place that has been crucial in European history: the Strait of Gibraltar.

Here are some of my discoveries on the spot:

A cliff, the mediterranean sea and Morocco in front

Perfect place to go boating

One of the many monkeys on the island

A marina, the beach at the edge of the huge cliff

Then I went on the road to rejoin Seville. Before, I could see that its surroundings are agricultural. founded between 700 and 800 BC, and successively invaded by the Visigoths (German) and Muslims in the 8th century. This flagship city of the arts has resurfaced from the past thanks to Charles V, emperor Roman germanic in the 16th century.

No more stories, I wandered through these streets and I could see that many buildings period, monuments of the Muslim era, but also contemporary neighborhoods. Very rich in culture and opportunity for recreation and entertainment.

I hope that this pleased you ! I will now go along the Spanish coast to the west to arrive in Spain! See you in 2 days for new adventures ! I'm going to the Donana National Park !
