Lake Tahoe

My husband and I decided to take a mini vacation to Lake Tahoe, it was an amazing experience visiting this beautiful lake and meeting so many great locals that were very friendly and helpful to find our way around. This is without doubt a wonderful place to visit, especially during the winter time where there is a Lift that takes you to the snowy mountain of Martins Peak to get a birds eye view of the entire village.

My husband and I ended up staying at "Avalon Lodge" hotel, were most of the main attractions were located near by such as Montbleu Casino, Harrah's Casino, Heavenly Lift, Tahoe Lake etc. This hotel had great customer service and a complimentary breakfast from 8am-9:30am that was quite delightful.

Our cozy room with a comfy king sized bed and cable TV with a variety of good channels, also includes a small fridge, a small table for two and microwave. They provided free wi-fi, and a small brewer for some coffee in your room. We had a very lovely stay, we honestly couldn't complain about anything.

Our bathroom was fairly clean with shampoo, soap and conditioner.

Several shopping centers and a band playing out in the open while you enjoy your meal.

This is a fascinating picture I captured on my way up the Tahoe mountain. It seems as if it may have been a deer skull with part of its spinal cord but wasn't too sure. That was a very strange but not unusual animal skull to find in the forest that was full of wild animals from bears to deer and witnessing a pack of coyotes at a near by camp ground.
