It's true that we need a rest sometimes, better yet everyday. Take time to have a rest for a better health. Let's not abuse ourselves in the sense that we're overworking, over thinking, because if you do you'll be stressed out and worse you'll get sick. So better yet, have time to relax our mind and body in order for us to have a healthy living.
